দিক নির্দেশনা:
রেজিস্ট্রেশন করার পর Application Form ও Nominee Form লিগ্যাল সাইজ অফসেট কাগজে প্রিন্ট করে উক্ত ফরমের সাথে নিম্নলিখিত কাগজপত্র এবং Application Form বাবদ ৫০০/- (পাঁচশত) টাকার রসিদ অত্র সমিতির অফিস থেকে সংগ্রহ করে সোনালী ব্যাংক, সুপ্রীম কোর্ট শাখায় জমা করে মানি রিসিটের ফটোকপি সহ বাংলাদেশ সুপ্রীম কোর্ট আইনজীবী সমিতি অফিসে জমা প্রদানের জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো:
(1) 03 (three) copies passport size color Photo (High Court dress without gown).
(2) Attested photocopy of LL.B Certificate.
(3) Attested photocopy of Enrolment Sanad.
(4) Attested photocopy of High Court Permission Sanad.
(5) An original current certificate from the Secretary of the concern District Bar Association.
(6) 02 (Two) certificates from 02 (Two) individual Senior Members of Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association.
(7) Attested photocopy of all Academic Certificates.
(8) Attested Photocopy of National Identity Card (NID).
(9) List of 25 (Twenty-Five) Cases of Different kinds conducted independently or with the Senior before the High Court Division (Table Format: Sl. No., Description of the case with number, Name of the parties, Date of Appearance/Disposal, Court No.)
(10) Nominee(s) passport size color Photo.
